let me ask you this...

does the Number 6 Texas Longhorns start McCoy to reach that ranking or Chiles?

McCoy, why wouldn't you? Look at his stats.
att.424
comp.276
yrds.3303
td. 22
But my justification goes on their new defencive coordinator Will Muschamp from alburn. He's good he will change that team around.

your Defense justifying your pick at number 6 is great!! i think opposing offenses will see blitz packages that will confuse the hell out them...

those are decent numbers, but dont forget the 18 Int's and he was also sacked 24 times...im also curious to see how many times he fumbled last year...

however Chiles is the man in Austin...they just need to let him be the man...i think with that sick defense and Chiles running the show than the No. 6 ranking could be legit...McCoy just doesnt give them that chance to be good...

They could pull an LSU and switch QB that seems to be the big thing this year. But what do we really know about Chiles
cmp.1
att. 9

sack 1

had a great spring practice...had a great orange and white game...Brown babies McCoy way too much too give Chiles a chance...I'm an A&M fan so of course we hate everything UT...but this Chiles kid has the potential to be better than VY...ugh that was hard to say lol

Yea I played against John Chiles in high school he's amazing, the dude is a combo of vick and young and is impossible to bring down, if mccoy starts sucking it up, they need to put chiles in

take a close look at each team and you just might have it right. we will see how it plays out this fall. last year was the year of the upsets.

USC looks like a # 1 rating
Ohio State looks like a # 1 rating
Georgia looks like a # 1 rating.
Florida looks like a # 1 rating.

my point is there should be no ratings that count until the fourth week of college football because we really don't have a clue. these early wild rating have a lot to do who is who in the end.

Good call, you always have a sleeper team too which can really mix things up.

if a top 10 team loses early and then runs the table they have better chance at BCS then the team that loses later.

usc vs ohio state game is huge. if ohio state loses to usc and runs the table in the big ten guess what?

Yes, not a chance, they are a year away from the top 10. The SEC is just going to be too tough on them this year.

Too many of these teams play each other fairly early...These teams are going to chew each other up and by Nov. 1, there will be a lot of new teams on this slate....

Years of intense following and knowledge of all things Nebraska football :) Trust me, they'll be in the top 25 before the season is over. Bill Callahan is gone!!

West Virgina should move up big time because they have the weakest schedule...
