i don't think he's a great coach, or a good one really. mediocre at best, and he didn't deserve the coach of the year award last year in any way. i hope the raptors can find an upgrade, or even fire mitchell, and go with jay triano

Last year he deserved it he's a good coach remember the slump only started when T.J went down and when Bosh was injured

There should be phonecalls made to Avery Johnson. I am baffled that 2 teams have named new head coaches and Avery is still unemployed.

I'm not sure. I mean, if I was Avery I wouldn't have taken either job (Charlotte and New York) but any team without a head coach or any team not sold on thewir current guy should really look into adding him. Personally I think Avery should wait until the Pistons lose in the conference finals again and take the Detroit job. Maybe that's what he's waiting for.

he needs to go for sure

and injuries were huge, the biggest obviously was when bosh went out right before a huge western swing

the second biggest was jorge garbajosa being out, he was great last year
