I know it sounds absurd but it's something to shoot for. I honestly do think he can pull it off if the Tigers get their shit together.

I don't know about 20 wins but he will right the ship. Most of his starts aren't bad starts, he is getting really shitty (if any) run support. I also heard an interview with him and he stated he is trying to be a pitcher instead of a thrower which basically means he is dialing back his velocity and trying to pitch north, south, east and west in the strike zone instead of blowing people away with his fastball. He will strighten it out, most likely not until around the all-star break though. As soon as the batters get their thumb out of their own ass and actually play up to their potential, Verlander will start winning with some run support
