	Gonzalez, the most productive tight end in NFL history, will be traded to a contender if the Kansas City Chiefs get the right price. Three people familiar with the situation told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity that the nine-time Pro Bowl player could be dealt before the Tuesday trade deadline. Gonzalez, who holds the NFL tight end record for receptions, touchdown catches and yards receiving, is active in civic and charitable affairs and enjoys great popularity in Kansas City. But the Chiefs are rebuilding from the bottom up and not likely to contend for the Super Bowl any time soon. In spite of all his personal accomplishments, Gonzalez, 32, has never even won a postseason game.

	Graham is hampered by a sore groin. Graham didn't practice on Thursday or Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at the New York Jets. The Bengals signed Dave Rayner on Saturday.

	The Bengals signed Rayner on Saturday, giving them another kicker with Shayne Graham hampered by a sore groin. Rayner has played in 41 games with Indianapolis, Green Bay, Kansas City and San Diego, connecting on 41 of 58 field-goal attempts. He was released by Detroit on Aug. 26.

	Winslow remains hospitalized with an undisclosed illness, making it more likely he won't play in Monday night's game against the Giants. Winslow missed a fourth straight practice Saturday morning. He was admitted to the Cleveland Clinic on Thursday for tests and evaluation after feeling ill for several days. Team spokeswoman Amy Palcic says it's unclear whether the Pro Bowler will spend Saturday night in the hospital. She says there's still a 50-50 chance Winslow will play Monday against the defending Super Bowl champions.

	Newman will be out at least another month after surgery for a sports hernia. Newman missed the preseason and the season opener because of a groin injury. He then played in three games before getting hurt again in practice last week. He had surgery Friday in North Carolina and the earliest he is likely to return is mid-November. Newman, the 2003 first-round pick going into his sixth NFL season, earned his first Pro Bowl appearance last season after missing the first two games of the regular season with an injured right foot.

	Graham is questionable for Week 6. The team is looking into other kicking options this week, as Graham is dealing with an injured groin. I'd highly advise not taking the risk and picking up a different kicker.

	Hawk is probable for Sunday's game in Seattle. He'll play, but will his groin be healthy enough to make much of an IDP impact? I'd rely on a healthier LB or DB this week.

	Tynes is not among the injured for Week 6, but he's not a lock to regain his role as the Giants' kicker. John Carney has done a fine job filling in for him and head coach Tom Coughlin won't make a decision until Monday, before the Giants play in Cleveland that evening. Unless you own both kickers, I'd avoid this situation altogether this week.

	Florence will play in Sunday's game at Denver. An injured groin caused him to miss last week's game, but he's recovered and is good to go.

	Morris should get the most touches of any Patriots' running back in Week 6. Jordan is likely out with a calf injury and Maroney is nursing a shoulder injury. Kevin Faulk got two goal-line carries last week, so there's no predicting what Bill Belichick will do. I expect Morris to be in his favor this week and a good flex play.

	Rodgers did not practice on Friday. Consider it a mere precaution and expect him to play against Seattle this week. Eli Manning torched the Seahawks last week, so Rodgers is a strong QB1 play on Sunday.

	Robinson is doubtful to play in Week 6. Consider him out, as he hasn't practiced all week and hasn't played since Week 4. Atlanta hosts Chicago this weekend.

	Newman had surgery on his groin today. He'll be out at least four weeks. Clearly his loss is a big blow to an already banged up Dallas pass defense.

	Fitzpatrick will likely start the Bengals' Week 6 game against the Jets. Carson Palmer's elbow injury is expected to sideline him this week. I'd still play Housh, but I'd consider benching Johnson for a more reliable option.

	Breaston will start again in Week 6. He'll replace Anquan Boldin for the second straight week and is a strong WR3 play against Dallas.

	The Raiders say they won't kick to Bush in Week 6. After he returned two punts for scores against the Vikings last week, can you blame then. If you want fantasy points out of Bush this week, he's going to have to earn them on the ground or on receptions.

	Freeney is questionable for Week 6. He practiced without limitations on Friday, which is a good indication that he'll play this week. The Colts defense needs him against the Ravens and their run-first offense.

	Jones is questionable for Sunday's game with a knee injury. Even if he does play, he's not worth starting on your fantasy team. Green Bay travels to Seattle this week.
